History

1. PRIMOSSA Corporation a.s. wasfounded in 2005 and builds on long tradition, which dates back to 1908. Wherea jewelry company Hugo Freund and spol, was incorporated in Prague by its founder Hugo Freud. Today, the company develops its own activity in gold mining, jewelry production and trade. The company owns a network of retail stores which sells its own and purchased goods, focusing on the wholesale and retail business. We occupy a strong position in a nish market for production of custom maid wedding rings. Another field of our activity is the sale of investment gold for local and foreign customers.

During the years 2006 and 2007 we have acquired 95% stake in Mongolian stock company the AUM, which is aholder of gold mining licenses and operating mines.

Retail of pocket watches. Enterprise acquires representation license the world famous Swiss watches the Zenith brand.

1930
Hugo Freund founded a limited liability company under the name Primosa. It deals with its own production of wrist watches and jewels of all kinds. Watches made in a factory Primosa carrying anti-braking glass. Where the factory received factory which has received a license from a Swedish watch manufacturer Wyler& co.

1932
Aqusition of an own factory building. A period of a large flourishing business starts. A great expansion follows. Despite the crisis

1948
Primosa company is incorporated, along with other firms for short periods of time in joint venture of "SANDRIK. Shortly thereafter becomes part of an enterprise of the capital jewelry firms Prague’s Kovotep that is focusing on the production of gold and silver jewelry.

1968
Kovotep Prague is incorporated in the national enterprise Vestec Safina, the Primossa becomesa main production site in Prague. At the time of its inclusion is Safina is a monopoly processor and supplier of precious metals, the manufacturer of many products for all industrial sectors of the Czechslovak economy.

1970
Special learning facility is open on the premeses of the factory to apprenticeship learning center field, in goldsmith and jewelry fields.

1994
Creation of Primossa a.s.a stock holding company after the privatization period in Czech Republic.

1996
Primossa a.s. expands to Slovakia and incorporates a daughter company Primossa ltd.

2005
1. PRIMOSSA Corporation a.s. is created taking over of all the economic activity and assets of PRIMOSSA a.s.

2006
